Today, is the third class for curriculum. My friends are presentations for
this class. My friends present about “Content based learning”, “Listening
teaching”, “Speaking teaching”, “Reading teaching”, “Writing teaching”, and
“Vocabulary teaching.”
The first, “Content based learning”. It’s emphasize students to use abilities of English
to find the new knowledge. This
approach is fix learners. It’s emphasize experiential learning. This approach
is learn from easy to be difficult.
The second, “Listening teaching”. This approach
can teach both inside classroom and outside classroom. The translation will
emphasize words and phrases. Teacher will give students to guess about story
that they will listen before. Teacher should check about students’ interesting
to improve listening skill.
The third, “Speaking teaching”. It’s emphasize
structure, grammar, and speaking. It will teach students to speak sentences by
use the pictures. And another step, teacher will give students to speak in real
situation.
The fourth, “Reading teaching”. There are two
kind of reading teaching. There are reading aloud and silent reading. It will
emphasize in reading aloud, reading fluency, reading and look up, speed
reading, and reading for accuracy.
The fifth, “Writing teaching”. Students can
select about topic and they will write to the best. Writing teaching should
teach about symbols and punctuation. Students should draft about story that
they will write before.
The last, “Vocabulary teaching”. Vocabulary is
the basic teaching for warm up to the lesson. Teacher should teach about the
new vocabulary in context. Teacher should teach about pronunciation of
vocabulary too.
To sum up, all most of them that can use all
approaches to teach in English class. It will improve students to learn by many
skills. It can help teacher to know about their students too. So, if I to be a
teacher it’s the best way to me.
